Home Manager
Michelle Fellowes
Michelle has been Home Manager at Belmont Castle since 2023 and is the manager registered with the Care Quality Commission for the home. She has worked in care since 1989, coming up from carer to manager, and became a manager in 2008. All of that experience has been with older adults and people living with dementia in residential settings.
“As the Home Manager, I take great pride in being involved in every aspect of our home. With 34 years of experience in health and social care, and becoming a manager in 2008, I am passionate about ensuring every resident is at the centre of all we do.”
