We want everyone to be able to use the Belmont Castle Care Home website easily, including older visitors and people using assistive technology. We have built this site to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

What we've done

The site uses generous text sizes for readability, strong colour contrast, clear focus indicators for keyboard users, descriptive alternative text on images, and a "skip to content" link. All interactive elements can be operated with a keyboard, and animations are disabled for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
