What we collect

When you complete an enquiry or booking form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, and any information you choose to share about your enquiry or your loved one's care needs.

The assistant on this website

This site has an assistant you can ask questions. It answers using information published on this website, and it is powered by Anthropic, who process the words you type in order to generate a reply. Anthropic do not use them to train their models.

We do not keep a copy of your conversation. If the assistant offers to arrange a call back and you accept, we receive only the details you type into that short form: a name, a phone number or email address, and the topic you pick from the list. The conversation itself is not sent to us or stored.

Please do not type medical details, diagnoses or anything else sensitive into the assistant. It does not need them, and there is no form field that asks for them. If you want to discuss someone's health or care needs, please ring us on 023 9247 5624 instead, where the conversation is private and with a person.

The assistant cannot give medical, financial or legal advice, and it cannot confirm whether a particular person lives here.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange visits, and provide the information you've asked for. We will never sell your details, and we will never share them with third parties for marketing.

Lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of your consent (which you give when you submit a form and tick the consent box) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our care services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any care arrangement that follows, after which it is securely deleted in line with our retention schedule.

Your rights
